Patrick Diedrich is a qualified Forester for the Michigan Forest Stewardship Program and a certified American Tree Farm System inspector. He has a Master of Forestry degree from Michigan Technological University, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems and is a United States Army Veteran.
Over the course of his career, he has worked on timber sales for Michigan's Forest Resources Division, the National Forest Service under the Good Neighbor Authority program, and has written management plans for industrial timber companies. He has also drafted and presented watershed management plans, conducted soil survey and analysis for local businesses and conducted public presentations on land management practices.
Patrick is a an Associate Member of the Association of Consulting Foresters, a Candidate Certified Forester for the Society of American Foresters and the Founder and Owner of Hemlock and Birch Environmental Services.
